I went to the official store today to buy a hat and a scarf. Our Fever card is only good for Jersey's not anything else. So I got my stuff and went down to midland park for the BIG event and saw a shop right opposite with the very same hats selling for $5 cheaper! I learned two lessons today as you can figure - A fool and his money are easily parted! And shop around before you buy!!

As for Midland park - a brilliant peice of PR by the club. mixing and chatting with our heros about anything and everything, give you that closeness you want with your football club. All the guys seem in good spirits and looking forward to Sunday. I honestly believe they have the talent, motivation and ability to show up quite a few teams. I think mid table would be a good result considering the small amount of time they have been together.

RH & SJ are two of the most approachable and likeable guys in the game that I have met. A good pairing to bring the best out in the team. This is such an exciting time for Wellington. Go the NIX!!

Excellent coverage on Prime, TV3 and even TV1 tonight!

The hours are counting down!

That is Stevie Romijn from Tawa AFC.  Very good player.  Shameless chanter.

Know what you mean. After the Sydney match I had lost my voice. Thing is I don't remember shouting that much.  Was in the middle of the crowd way way way to the right of the YF. Tried to get some of that part of the crowd into it. Nearly got somewhere with the old favourite "stand up if you hate manu".  Well I got four others to stand with me!
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Listen tight wad, the gear at the Phoenix shop is sold by the club, which is owned and bank rolled by Terry Serepisos. If you dont want to help him out and thank him in small part for bringing this team to Wellington, by paying an extra $5 you should take a good long hard look at yourself in the mirror.

To think this subject warrants a thread on this site s a f***n joke.

Mr Tourets, given your medical condition , we can expect an OTT response, but did you read the whole post - most of it was positive, I've given the club shop preference so far (and agree it 's good for the club) but the way i see it any thread is cool as long as it doesn't break the rules re 'offensivenness' etc

so live and let live i reckon, all the chat shows we care

This is a supporters site which means that fans can vent their frustrations here if they have any. If they are pissed of about ticket prices then say it here. If the team plays like sh*t then say it here. If you want other fans to know where they can get a cheaper scarf - say it here.

Let's face it.  Every post (and every sentence from someone suffering from the condition) has to have at least a couple of f***'s.  So don't take it personally.  It's just how simple folk talk.

I let my guitar speak for me
