their very similar to brazilians in that their technically gifted and probably more importantly their national teams under 17's, under 20's either win or make finals of FIFA tournaments regularly.
Plus they would probably come cheaper then the other south american players.

Too late dude. 3 import spots already filled up with Cleberson or the South Korean lined up for the last one :)

yea bro am keen to get some fast as Ghanaians, sign 'em up. Ghana did real well at the world cup, had an awesome game vs the Chech Republic which they won (3-1 i think??). that was one of the better games of that tournament.

they are naturally gifted as u say

pfffft, because Malik Buari was such a raging success, wasn't he?

P.S., I heard he is playing in the conference as a left back (!?!)

Cleberson should be announced sometime to day or tomorrow according to a source.

Probably issues with work permits, and I imagine most of the players in the U17 and U20s would be European based.

Ghana won 2-0 and missed a penalty.  I was there for that one (boast boast).  Scored the first whilst I was still texting a friend back home confidentally predicting a 3-0 win the the Czechs!

Malik Buari completely turned me off Ghanian players.

This is quite a random suggestion but ok...what do you really love about Ghanaians?

But anyway, on the success of the Ghanain youth teams it is now acknowledged by the Ghanaian FA that they deliberately falsified the ages of many of their "juniors" in order to gain short term success in under age competitions.  This practice has only recently been stopped.

Only the good Brasilians are descended from Greeks though, right?  Socrates being the most obvious.

Playing against a few Mount Albert Grammer overseas players you could be sure that some of them were suspiciously not of the right age, Prince looking like a 25 year man playing at high school level coming from Ghana!

I heard they wrote their birth certificates on rocks and couldnt find them when they immagrated so just made a new one up.

Wasn't supporting any side of the arguement. Merely stating a fact that There is a high population of 2nd generation Brazilians in Ghana that I know from a direct relationship with these ppl and that it could COULD be a contributing factor in the similarities of playing styles between the two countries
