This may belong to the Ernie Merrick thread, but I am slowly beginning to see The Nix this year have similar moves on the park that Melbourne Victory had early on under Merrick (with fast strikers in Archie Thompson and Danny Allsopp, and a solid defence).
If we could somehow find a class A-League left back (not easy to find) it would be perfect with Manny back on the right.

Tuiloma a possibility if he doesn't break into OM first team this year?
"At the end of the drive the lawmen arrive...
I'll take my chance because luck is on my side or something...
Her name is Rio, she don't need to understand...
Oh Rio, Rio, hear them shout across the land..."
And next year, the team will be even better! If we keep the coach and the momentum.

Our longest undefeated streak is 7 games in 2009/10 (6 draws, one win) and we are currently equalling that (6 wins, one draw).

Not quite sure where else to put this, but here's all the goals so far. We've scored some real crackers.

So our current run is better then. 6 wins far far better than 6 draws.
that collection of goals shows one thing - the current set up has us moving the ball quickly from the midfield who are looking to find our strikers who are always running into space and shooting!
early on we had Burns and Krishna running at the defense and passing to the support who would score, as confidence grew they'd take the defense on by themselves and scored, now that they are both absent we saw manny, boyd, and brockie doing it!
for mine, Bonevacia has made the single biggest difference for this team, when he was finding his feet we struggled, now he his comfortable with his role the ball movement from the midfield is simply brilliant.
Queenslander 3x a year.

Biggest thing that video shows it how Roly is usually the start of most attacks. Really important to the way we play. Said it after his 2nd game for us and still saying it now - easily one of the best imports in the league.
The only weakness I can see in his game is his finishing, really. (and even then he's scored 2 crackers) Everything else is top class.

Shut the gate!
100% far and away. Simply an amazing transformational leap.
Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.
Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.
I think they are a doppelganger for the 2009/10 squad.
Do they not have any respect for originality?

This team in 2009/10 would probably be ahead of the pack by a fair bit. Its even more impressive in 2015 given the over all quality of the league having improved by quite a fair bit since 2009
