Reading between the lines, I can't help but get the feeling that Ricki may be about to move into another chapter of his coaching career, that would be sad for both the Country and the Phoenix, but really, if I am correct " with this feeling in my water " it could also be another huge leap forward in the development of the game in NZ.
Whatever the Phoenix and All Whites and Ricki have decided will be all good for NZ Football, if he stays thats great,we will know the Nix and all Whites are in good hands, and bring it on, but if he goes,he will be hard to replace, but  the NZ flag will raise just that little bit higher in the world of Football, proving we can produce not only reasonable players but coaches as well from little old NZ, and a lot of good people will be lining up to replace him.
Buzzy times ahead, but aren't they great!!

If you're referring to the Maddaford interview, it seemed keen to me that he's put terms to both van Hattum and Terry and is waiting to see if one or both will go along with it, and if not he's going to go coach Al-Nassr or something.

Think he will stay at the nix for another year at least and will coach the All Whites until 2014. Remember that not many other clubs would allow him to coach both club and country at the same time.valeo2010-07-10 12:13:51

OMG, how many threads do people need to start for Ricki. He already has this one about his future.
