Anyone based in Melbourne following the Victorian Premier League?

If so how has he been doing?

He was very good at NZFC level and played one game for the Knights last season to help out Ricki Herbert when the crap hit the fan with players not boarding the plane as had not been paid.

Flemming has been a prominent player at Green Gully. Plays a deep central midfielder to cover for his attacking teammates. Loves a tackle, can't header for sh*t though. And is working on getting forward more often. Not playing as well as he usually has in the past. But is always consistant.

Hasn't been approached by the club from my knowledge.

Don't think he's quite the standard we need - he's not a natural right back either - I'd rather sign Webster or Christie - Christie has filled in at RB for Perth.

Seen Jeff once earlier this year. Looked good, not attacking enough for Green Gully though and probably not good enough as backup for the Phoenix. Someone like Jeff Campbell or Andy Barron whoever else from the NZFC would be better.
