from the WP Official website(ala A-League's) to this forum?
Can someone explain why this is so?
Thought it would be a logical or simple thing to do or did I

Must be a - league policy. I don`t think any team has a link to an
unofficial supporters group. I remember the Knights had a section
where you could send questions in to be answered. Some became a bit
heated /abusive so they stopped it.

I wouldn't worry about it. The Swans have an official site and an
unofficial one. The unofficial site is actually the one that has by
far the most clout and is carefully monitored by both the media and
the club as being completely reflective of the feelings of the
fans. There is a real benefit with being independent. Have close
ties yes, but anything more can be restrictive, especially if
things get a little testy.
