Kwasnik should at least go back to CCM for the ACL group rounds.
He's not going to be missing out on any game time here in Wellington at that point ...

We only signed him for a year; I'm not sure he'd want to renew with us if he thinks he'll be in the starting XI at the Mariners.

It kinda makes sense, he comes over hear for something new, he obviously figured that with all the striking power CCM has and how little we do he'd be able to get decent game time here. And now that the Mariners have ACL football as well he'll have far more opportunity there than he would have this season.
You know we belong together...

I hate when they call us New Zealand. Last time I looked we were not the National Team. We are Wellington.
Return the favour next time Tony.  Australia Roar or Australia Victory has a nice ring to it.

funny you should say that - cos someone on here suggested playing Coveny at centreback! (might have been LG)

If it was LG I'd understand, but how about Andy Harper's dead-serious suggestion that Qld's Reinaldo would make a 'monster' centreback.

For whatever reason Kwasnik just didn't reach his potential here.  We saw flashes.  I thought he was good in the 2-1 home win over Sydney, where he played wide on the left.  Funnily my lasting memory was against Waitakere. He got the second goal, which looked offside, but he took the through ball nicely and finished clinically.  Like Gao, what might have been.

I for one hope he both goes back to CCM and performs there.  To wish otherwise is mean spirited.

That was the best game he played for us. He actually looked like a decent player that day.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

In a 7 goal hammering I think even the drinks boy would have looked amazing against Waitakere that day... Agent 472009-02-01 10:34:34

He came, he tried, he didn't fit. End of.

Let him go back to Gossie and everyone wins... it frees up $$$$$ in our cap that can be utilised more effectively, and he plays in a system that allows him to be more effective (and get time on the park).

Thanks for the effort Kwaz, shame we didn't get to see you at your best but am sure you gave it your best.

Good luck for the future (except when you play us of course).
