Dont know if this has been mentioned anywhere else on the site.

But Ruud Gullit has been named as the new coach of the LA Galaxy.

Not got the best record as a coach but what a player.

Wouldn't mind seeing him get his boots on, for the 35mins when golden balls goes..

You might have wanted to see RG at one stage but not now. I saw a clip a while back of him playing park football with some mates. His condition had gone.  He was interviewed and said it was such a shock to realise that conditon/fitness could go so quickly and so markedly.

Remember the maxim - use it or lose it.
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Yes Ruud Gullit is the new Galaxy coach. The other coach Yallop will be gone by next Monday.
That means that Ruud will most likey be in Wellington next month when the Galaxy take on the mighty Phoenix..................how cool is that?????
That weekend is just getting better and better!!!!
