This might seem a dumb question, but why is this weekend being promoted as the Final Weekend fever? The playoffs are done on a home and away basis as per the schedule below.

I for one still have a faint hope we will make it through, meaning one more home game . Perhaps a mod could fix the title of the other thread to 'Final Weekend Fever (We Hope Not)', or something like that.

Yours in hope

Regulation? REGULATION???   NO AMERICAN ENGLISH HERE!!
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

blind optimism - thats the spirit

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Ok...if by some miracle we beat Adelaide and get a draw with Melbourne and CCM lose both games then we are 4th..............

The rules say the team finishing 3rd gets to chose the order of the games against 4th i.e home or away first.
What would you chose if you were the Roar coach? For me probably get the home game in first...get some momentum then you know what you have to do away!
If we did make it then it would be ROF Waitangi weekend. (when are the sevens)?

i reckon if the stadium was unavailable they would shift it to the basin normally but since the pitch is in they way i would guess Porirua since that ground has more space

If the stadium is unavailable they'll play it some other time (midweek maybe). Nothing else is big enough.

The basin?
The cricket pitch is permanent there too.

When did they change the play-off dates? The original dates given when the fixtures were released said the first legs were 30 Jan & 1 Feb.
