Poor bugger, he should be playing.  He came back to his home town (Perth) to try and hep out his local team who were struggling and then this happens

Normo's coming home

i feel sorry for the poor fella.  he is such a well respected figure and has done nothing wrong.

i reckon there'll be a good chance that the ban will be reduced on appeal.  i hope so.

after all he's been through, we should give stan a standing ovation when he plays here

Seriously lads, old no-neck may be all these things but he plays for Perth.  Leo may just about get a quick yay when his name is read out but anyone else is fair game.

finasteride, finasteride, finasteride, finasteride, la la...

Get your hair out for the lads...

he is a hammer, so I will always love him.

Whenever I think of him, I remember the 98/99 season where he played left wing back for us.  I had a season ticket and saw every game, and once every game, Shaka would throw the ball out to him on the touchline, and he would let it roll either under or past his foot for a throw-in to the opposition.

It seemed to happen once every game.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Should've gone to Archie Thompson's barber, Stan. He could have sorted you out with a wicked comb-over!

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Every professional sports-person knows that you don't take ANY medication without first clearing it through a respectable pharmacist/doctor.  My wife was a competative athlete and I couldn't even buy her flu medication from the local chemist without running through a whole booklet with the pharmacist.  I'm not suggesting Stan was breaking the rules deliberately - but he was dumb to use medication without checking with officials first.  Just like Shane Warne - being dumb and vain costs you.
