Win and a draw will get us there.

I just don't see CCM getting points of Adelaide, who will have something to play for next week.

That said, if we get a result today, same can be said about us in Melbourne on Friday.

I just hope it comes down to Friday. No points today and we're done.

so still a chance next week. CCM to lose, and us to beat Victory and we make the top four. Its not impossible after todays game!

From my selfish point of view I'm stoked we still have a chance. The Melbourne game is the only one I'll get to see the lads play 'in the flesh' this season.

 

Unless the improbable happens, in which case I might have to make some hurried travel plans.....

Yes we're still alive. Unfortunately for us, we play before the CCM v Adelaide game. If we beat Melbourne, we also want Queensland to beat Perth so that Adelaide have a reason for needing to win their match.

its still all up to us, a win and we are there, provided CCM lose, which I'm confident they will!
If we lose and Sydney win against Newcastle they have fifth and we finish sixth.

Queenslander 3x a year.

I'm just speaking hypotheticallly here, but if the Phoenix beat Melbourne next week (and Adelaide beat CCM), it's likely Melbourne will be who the Phoenix play in the 3 v 4 playoff, because Queensland should beat Perth which would take them past Melbourne.

 

That'd be a better draw than playing one of the two teams (Adelaide or Q'land) the Phoenix have never beaten...
