think it's more to do with referees that let players push attackers off the ball too much

So melbourne spanked another team. Ones to beat?
Maybe last week was an aberration and back to normal for Nix then?

don't we all..?...

it's a shame that we're only three games in and getting desperate for points, usually, the league table doesn't mean much until about 8 weeks in, but that's over a third of the season in the HAL

21 goals in the round through six teams. 5 goals a game on average. Sure was a goal fest. Pity we weren't part of it.

Whilst its a depressing read, I still think we will pick points up against teams like Perth, Newcastle and Q'Land. We just need to win a few at home and stop conceeding so many goals away. I hope the boys are working their arses off this week. CCM whilst suffering from injuries will be tough to beat!

Melbourne look pretty good this year. The "Melbourne you used to be good" chant isn't really gonna work unless they have a dramatic change of form.

Heads held high though, if we beat the Mariners by 3 goals we are in the top four.
