Cheers mate. You've made my season of A-League following a lot easier by having this thread to come to and check both the scores and the up-to-date table. See yea here again next season I hope!

So - we've lost the least number of games of any team in the A-League this season. But on the flip side we've drawn the most
A very respectable 8 points only off the top of the table (just think were we might have been if 4 of the 10 draws had been wins!)

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!

There's some great symmetry to that table now the season is done, each of the top six has double digits in the Wins column, each of the top four has less than double digits in the Loss column.  Last year we would have been down in the basement and its so tight down there - Fury's last hurrah lifted them to seventh, only two points out of the top six!

The only real breaks to the symmetry of the table are Central Coast 8th with a positive goal difference, and Phoenix double digits in the draw column.  All in all a great season!

And GCU went through the season NOT undefeated as predicted but lost 9.

We have the 2nd best (Equal) defence.

We have the 4th best attack.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

We have done very well considering that we don't have a reserve/youth team like all the other teams in the A-League. It would be nice to have a reserve/youth team in the NZFC and an enlargement squad.

In his defence, if he'd played the full season last year it may have been the 9th best.

Thats a pretty bold prediction, especially for the new kids on the block. And has anyone ever been undefeated at seasons end?

Who says all the other A league teams have youth teams?

That's right, the Furries don't have an NYL team either.

So if we win and Newcastle win, do we get another home playoff considering we finished higher than them?

Newcastle currently doing OK with no score at the 60 min mark. But glad I am going to the game tomorrow night as I wouldn't want to see Mark "Cocane" Bosnian doing a Nix pre game and half time segment. The guys an arse....

For sure ,tomorrow will be a far greater challenge than either of these two numptie teams
It would would be a travesty if we dont get a chance to stuff  The Gold Coast  in front of their massive fan base or to destroy the Jets here  at the  stadium!

I reckon that (double chin ) Smeltz has put on a bit of beef and looks totally lacking in any interest  tonight ,Im sure  he's pissed off that Charlie Miller has got down to the chip shop before him!
