What does it mean when John Mitchell (Phoenix Spokesperson) was disappointed that the official Phoenix store wasn't selling them? Isn't he part of the organisation that owns the official Phoenix store?

Bit of a misunderstanding that is now cleared up.
 
We rely on RYOS to pay the up front production costs of our t shirts, which they do cos they are such good guys (effectively paying up front).  Not every business can do that, including the Nix Store.
 
So we generally only sell thru RYOS.

There isn't an official fan club.  The club don't run a fan club.  We are not run by the club we are run by Greenie - scary isn't it - and the club don't control what we do.
