Lotto!

Wellington Phoenix FC is committed to be being a part of the local football community. As
part of our 2009/10 season membership, we have entered into a partnership with Lotto to
reward your club or school�s support of the Wellington Phoenix with some outstanding Lotto
gear.

We want your help to ensure the Wellington Phoenix FC is here to stay by encouraging your
club�s members or students to join the Wellington Phoenix. Memberships are the life blood of
any club, and we need your help to make sure we are here for football in Wellington and New
Zealand, now and in the future.

We have worked with Lotto to build a very special offer for Wellington clubs and schools. For
every 2009/10 new Phoenix membership sold where your club or school is referenced, 10%
of the value of that membership will be returned to your club or school in the form of Lotto
dollars. At the end of the offer, clubs can then redeem their Lotto dollars for Lotto
merchandise.

Plus, the club or school that sells the most memberships in dollars receives a signed, 2009/10
Wellington Phoenix shirt, and gets to be the club or school of the day at a Wellington Phoenix
home game. This includes up to 22 player mascots, ball kids, game day tickets and an
acknowledgement on the big screen.

To make the most of this offer, we need a senior member of your club or teacher at your
school to take ownership of it and champion this program to your club�s members or
students. By helping yourself to some Lotto gear, you will help the Wellington Phoenix.

It�s all about season memberships. Get your members to fill in new member forms, or ring
the Wellington Phoenix FC membership line on 04 384 2457, quote your club or school, and
we will do the rest.

How many Lotto dollars your club or school earns will be all about how well your champion
can get the message out there. Here are some ideas to help you:
� We�ve printed some new membership forms with your club or school already preprinted
on them. Distribute them in your club rooms on game day, or at team
meetings.
� Send out the membership form (we will give you a pdf of your form) by email to all
your clubs members or student body. We can also provide an email template for you
to use should you wish.
� Put the pdf on your club or school website so it can be downloaded
� We will supply some Phoenix posters for you to put up in your club rooms or around
school publicising the offer.

Please note that there is a limited fund of Lotto dollars available for this promotion, so it
would be in your best interests to get the message out there as soon as you can to make
sure you get as many Lotto dollars for your club or school as you can!

It is very easy to be a part of, and hopefully it could see your club or school rewarded with
some fabulous football gear to set you up!
