Anyone who's in the Italian community know how well Rossi is settling in? We've seen with talented foreign players that settling in is one of the most important things, and if he doesn't speak English that's going to be hard.

About 10 years ago I worked in Welly alongside a lady from Italy. I asked her whether she hung out with the local Italian community, but she said that they had nothing in common because those guys were still holding onto Italian traditions from the 1940s.

I can barely speak English and I settled in alright :-)

You're 100% correct on that. One of the common risks of trying to live abroad but "in your community" is that back where you come from you'd never consider them "your community".
