I noticed in raumati a massive banner hanging from the balcony of a house, looking over stae highway1 sayin "GO NIX!" Has anyone else seen this sign and whos is it?

I noticed it when I went up to Weka to watch IBU v Uni in the playoff - looking at Wises it's someone that lives at the very end of Panorama Drive
