It seems like tv3 is doing really well with the Phoenix coverage so
far. Great stuff - especially after all the whining that some
people about the lack of coverage etc

Gotta agree - apologies to TV3 for bagging them earlier on. Hope
they keep it up.
What's sight without sound? Love without peace? Copulation without conception?

TV1 didn't even mention the game on Sunday, which might be better
than them sl*gging it off.

They did however have a decent item tonight with film of Covs
training and some of his NSL and NZ goals.
Don't write them off yet. We need them all onside.

Guess we should email TV3 and any station that shows support to football in NZ, might go further to encouraging them, than only posting it on yellowfever.
I might send them an email or comment linked to the footage above.Don't know if it helps. But everyday I go into NZherald, and
click sports, then click soccer. So my first reading of articles is
in the football section. I am sure they must monitor what pages are
being viewed the most on their websites.
If we build it, they will come...

Good points. We should respod to the football writing/
reporting so they know that the interst is out there. And I'm sure
they must monitor web page clicks. That's one of the reasons they
put the interactive polls up, to see what the public are thinking/
intersted in.
If anyone sees a football poll on any NZ news media site, post
the link here so we can all go vote on it.
