Anyone know if there's any way to get coverage of the Pheonix
matches in the UK??
Last year I couldn't watch any games/highlights of A-League on the internet as you couldn't access the videos outside of Australia and NZ - something to do with TV rights probably.
Will anyone be putting clips on youtube?
Alternatively, if someone's willing to go the whole hog and send some tapes of the matches I'm willing to help spread the Yellow Fever throughout London.

As a fellow overseas A-League fan I can offer the following
advice.
Most (all?) regular season matches have streaming radio coverage over the net. Mostly it is crap quality because they are all dodgy (community or regional) radio stations doing it, but sometimes it's OK. It can be frustrating if it breaks up a lot but it's the only way to follow the matches live.
I'm sure somebody can confirm if there is a Wellington station streaming the commentary for this season. Otherwise you'll be limited to away matches - I think all of the Aussie clubs have broadcast agreements with radio stations. For example, all Perth matches are streamed by http://www.905.com.au/.
In terms of footage, your best bet is to investigate bittorrent. If you don't know how it works, then ask a geek somewhere. Torrents are generally available for the full 90 minutes of every A-League, match a couple of days after the game. Check out http://www.fbtz.com/forum/ when you get the torrent stuff worked out.
