Membership help

Sorry if I annoy anyone by creating this thread, but about a month ago i purchased a club membership, yet since I have received none of the goodies (cap etc.) promised as part of the membership deal. Does anyone know who I should contact, i.e. ticketek or nix staff? im a bit lost and could use a helping hand.

You should receive, or have received a letter from the Nix with a voucher to pick up the goodies up from Ryos. If you haven't got this yet I would suggest getting in contact with the Nix. Hope that helps.
