There is no way in hell that Paston will get his spot in the starting XI back this season! Mossy is outstanding! Took the chance to prove himself at the beginning of the season, and has shone through! Can't help but think that he may want an opportunity at the AWs soon though. Then we'd be stuck with Spoonely or even Paston if Ricki keeps him here.

I also think Moss should be given the Number 1 jersey next season.

I just wish we had more chants for Moss so we can really show how much we appreciate him. The guy has been amazing in goal this season and I am sure that if he can continue like this he is in for some interest from abroad.

How can he not be in the All Whites?
Mind you, just as well he isn't.

He's easily the best keeper in Oceania, let alone the All Whites, and gives many of the Aussies a run for their money. I'd love to see him in an All Whites top.

I don't consider myself an idiot, and I had some constructive negative things to say...no name calling

Anyone that has ever said anything negative about Moss this season is an idiot. He's been superb all season and showed it again last night.

I think your rose tinted spectacles have affected your hindsight. He hasn't been superb all season. But the best thing about this guy is that he is clearly learning and developing. Sure he's a great shot stopper but it's brilliant to see the obvious improvements he has made in his organisation of his defence and especially his ability in the air. He took some really difficult crosses last night (and against Qld) that previously he would have flapped at for sure, and that's what you want your number one keeper to be doing consistently.

The easiest MOTM pick of the season so far.

What StopOut said.  Looking much more comfortable under the high ball.  Maybe a question mark over organising the defence, but hard to tell from the sideline.

I feel we have two quality keepers in Moss and Paston (I've never seen Spoonley so can't make a call), but Moss is better in my opinion.

It's sad, though, that a quality keeper like Paston should be sitting on the bench getting no game-time.

Do you think it'd be better for the All Whites if he moved to another A-league club where he could get more gametime?

lol swap with perth for Leo Bertos :P

on a more serious note, its a very hard decision in regards to having 2 keepers with te quality these 2 have, but lets see what happens, i think it would probably be better for him to stay for the moment, keeps the competition high

I think it'd be better for the All Whites to have Mossy as their keeper

No disrespect to Paston of course, but Moss is the best keeper NZ has.

i think he will be but because the teams we are playing (all whites) at the moment Riki is holding back because he knows paston can do the job verses these average teams (fiji)

Moss was brilliant, and int he Press reports from Port Vila it states that Vanuatu scored when 'Paston came for the ball but failed to gather'

I was delighted to Mossy racing out to the edge of the box, after yet another Sydney shot had ended up in Row Z in the 2nd half, and give the defence a real bollocking. Good to see, he seems to have grown far more confident in the last couple of games.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Spelling and grammar obviously over rated.

There is something amiss here; Moss #1 keeper for his club but the #2 keeper gets the international call up, same coach for both teams.

I think Rikki needs to be careful how he manages this one.
