I know this is off topic but i was just wondering if any people have constant problems with their MySky?

At the moment from 6pm onwards for every channel bar tv1 and tv2 we get glitches and errors which makes it impossible to view. It also means that when ever we programme something it gets interference and says recording interupted.
Now in a fighting battle to get our money back but Sky being dicks as usual.
So just wondering if this has happened to any of you guys?

It is so bad to an extent that you have to reboot it continuously and when the Melbourne game was on i felt like throwing the remote through the tv.

Cheers

The same kind of thing was happening to us. Normaly it was when it was  recording something you couldn't watch any tv and the recording would puck up. Pull out the power plug(DONT JUST TURN OFF THE MYSKY BOX!) wait 10 seconds then put it back on. That worked for us, other wise give sky a call and yell at them.

The series link function is unreliable - sometimes it loses the link so you set it manually and then it thinks it is recording it twice and you can't watch/record anything else. I never use series link anymore. The rest of it works fine, but you may need to reboot as instructed above - and that's all Sky will tell you to do anyway.

Have you had the dish checked out? At my old house, I had a neighbour's tree/bush thing responsible for shagging my reception whenever it was windy.... we trimmed it for them and it was all good after that.
