Is it meant to be two different yellows?

Goodbye Adidas. My discretionary cash will be spent on products from companies with ethics and morals.

When these jerseys cost less that $10 to manufacture, who would pay the prices being asked.... NZ's gauged yet again.

This Family will never buy another ADIDAS Product ever. It is no longer about Sport in this Country, this is Americas way of life, and the bottom line is Money Money Money.
check these comments on Stuff.. sounds like the casual fans won't be buying..
How much were the kits last year?
I see there's an old Reebok one on Ryos for $135.. not really a price hike is it?
Who's their kit made by again???
NUMPTIES!
I'm guessing that these are the same folks that couldn't wait to get their kids an LA Galaxy kit when they toured back in 2007.
Don't let the facts get in the way of a good lynching
And at least we still have a s major sponsor...
And it's not WGA...WGA....
ALSO-
AWAY KIT??????
will the socks be yellow or black? If yellow, then we are gonna be a bright side!!!
Black with a white collar...apparently adidas have plenty of them left over from another team...
1. Stuff comments are about as useful as a panda in Tottenham.
Launch was a bit of a fizzer.
You do have to ask why a Nix kit costs around $40 more than a Man U or Barcelona one though.*obv because we're way cooler.
They don't. They will be the same price as EPL shirts in NZ based shops. Buying online is a different story
*obv because we're way cooler.
You do have to ask why a Nix kit costs around $40 more than a Man U or Barcelona one though.
Economics of scale, obviously. They can sell a million Man U kits and a couple of thousand Nix kits max.

we've got the best kit in the league,
we've got the best kit in the league...
More worried about how the team look on the field than sticking it to the man.
Wonder how many "casual fans" change their mind when we win the League???
You can see the back of the strip in this photo I took down at the event. The shirt is a much brighter yellow but I'm loving it esp long sleeve version.
Good crowd to see Siggie, Dura, Leo and Paul plus three helpers kick a few balls. Even Ricki got in the action briefly.
Lots of Nix gear in the crowd.
Brilliant. Only about two months to go now.

1. Stuff comments are about as useful as a panda in Tottenham.
2. It's not a huge price hike, but is signficant - kids shirts were $100 last year (less $25 if you had a membership voucher), $120 this year.
3. As heretical as it sounds - I actually prefer the original stripey (very classic style). But the new long-sleeve version isn't too bad.
I think it's a very good design. I loved the 09stripey and didn't think anything could be better than it, but I think this design is better. No collar, no black box of doom, more yellow and stripes, what more could we want?
Look out for tpmyhill talking a dig at the price of the all blacks jersey on the news, hopefully they show his legendary interview!

Interesting Bit in the stuff article saying Leo has a personal deal with addidas and they have likened it to Messi, Beckham and Carters.... In all but the dollars me thinks!!!!
love the new shirt, love the no black box, doubley love the fact that sony is on the front and
back!
I'll be fighting for my spot in line to buy it when it becomes available

The Metropolitan Police's latest weapon to combat louts?
Edit: Love the new shirt, reckon it looks great. The back is waaaay better that the black box.

I too would have preferred yellow on black, but very happy with no black box of doom. Yellow is very bright.
A solid 7/10 for me.
Im very pissed off at the Doom Post at the moment, they have turned what was a very positive day for the Phoenix into a negative.
Really like it, seeing it in the flesh there's a bit more fluro in the yellow than previously (makes my current stripey look gold) but will definitely be getting one. Can't wait to get it.
I really like the design. Prefer the old yellow.
Can understand Doom Post making that their story. It has legs and is relevant.
Launch was a bit of a fizzer.
it;'s just the only way the doom post knows how to write a football story, forget the positives that sony are back and adidas have signed on 4 years, lets focus on the kids shirts price at $120.00
Would have been better if someone had actually got the last target.
They don't. They will be the same price as EPL shirts in NZ based shops. Buying online is a different story

way to try and f**k our team over even more Doom Post

They are probably going for free in England at the moment.

I'll give it a C-. Does the job, but the design is below average. The jagged outer stripes and the asymmetrical neckline are awful. Prefer the Reebok stripey.
