You can get horizontal stripes as a pose to vertical stripes.
All I'm saying is that I don't like wearing the vertical stripes, it doesn't match my palette complexion. Hardly heretic. And their is something childishly exciting about new kits coming out, it means the new season is almost here!

I know the point of the conversation is "stripes or no stripes" , but I still have to point out:
"as a pose" = "as opposed"
"palette complexion" = "pallid complexion" (though what stripes have to do with how pale your face looks, I'm not certain...)
Total jokes - reminds me of Jimmy Hendrix "Excuse me while I kiss this guy"
Oh, and stripes all the way. Vertical ones. So much more character than no stripes, and horizontal ones make it look like a club shirt from Romania or Portugal, or like a club rugby league jersey. Ick.

2013-15 - One more slighty altered stripey
And so forth.
