I thought I heard/read somewhere that the Justified Ancients of Welnix were going to announce a new sponsor this week?

My guess is it would be one of their own companies since they knew about it so early. I'm sure they can juggle the money around somehow to maximise the tax writeoffs.

Seeing as it's Gareth rather than Sam and the fact they sold it I'd see that one as unlikely.

To me 'Z' are establishing a brand as being independent and kiwi and (despite what the knitting circle say) that is the general impression for New Zealanders of the Phoenix so it just strikes me as a fit depending on Z's marketing aims.
 
Based on no actual knowledge.  It will be interesting if something new usurps Sony though and what SOny had signed before last Friday.

I can't imagine they'd replace the shirt sponsor.... if they do i hope they refund/replace all those people who have brought kits...

Is Solo still a sponsor?
 
Could be placed on the (hand) end of the right sleeve (long version) - especially for the Goalie kits.

Wouldn't be suprised if it's Trademe.. the Morgans might be out of it, but that doesnt mean they don't still have contacts. And for Trademe to get a bit of exposure in Oz as well, wouldn't do them any harm, surely theyd want to widen their net over there too...
