Really? You are claiming that as Ricki's fault? *facepalm*

You know, this is such an angst fest at the moment, that the more chimp-like out there may throw their own feces at me for it... but what we have here is a team which are 80% of the way there to having a fantastic team. The finishing is all that's lacking. One step up next season with this approach and we may well be real contenders.

Of course, it's painful to watch now.

Ooh, a MULVEY OUT banner. Who's going to brave enough to take the RICKI OUT banner next home game?

I'm with you, except for a little lack of defensive smarts (and a bit of over-excitement with "fantastic")

He didn't tell him to head the ball into the net.  Just like he didn't tell him to track the overlapping player if told to by his fullback.

has anyone noticed our complete lack of transition?

we have 11 statues all standing in their respective positions

other teams magnify their presence and double up on defence

Yeah, fantastic. Our passing is about 100% better than against WSW - the New Approach seems to be kicking in. We're putting Roar under pressure and making them cough up possession. Boyd and Fenton are sharp as up the wings. (I know that some idiots out there are saying that Ricki has deliberately ruined Boyd and taught him to miss headers, but they're creepy stalkers and should be annoyed.) I think what's bollixed us this game is losing Cernak early, he was looking solid in midfield.

I noticed Miron in the crowd. Whose job is he after, Ricki's or Mulvey's?

i wish I shared your optimism.

Can't score

Can't defend

Have lost any passion we had

Coach (seems) to have no idea at present

Our best player has lost his mojo

But, I do hope you are right, as I want to support a winning team. So roll on next season...

Apologies. As you were. I need to fix mine. Must be Ricki's fault its broken, or Lochheads, or Tim Browns, or Pastons.. Clapham would have fixed it for me, or Hogg, if he was unsigned and living in outer Siberia....

No I'm not trolling. I'm just not wallowing in my angst like a pig in its own filth, and I'm trying to look at the positives. And yes, what I'm seeing is 10 times better than what I was seeing against WSW.

Our midfield is shocking in supporting our strikers, a few times we've had chances where the balls hit one of there defenders and bounced back into a hole - but nobodies able to anticipate this. I miss Brownie

Been saying it for weeks, nobody moves!

We should be looking at WSW for off the ball movement and CCM for on the ball movement.  Then we might start getting somewhere.

What I'm saying is that we're trying to do the fancy passing stuff and quite often it's working. It never worked against WSW. Now if we get that up to "usually working", then we'll have a good run next season.

Also, Brisbane can't be "absolutely monging" because that leaves no words to describe us. :)
