Very solid defensively there, that back four with McKain and Brown holding are a great base to build upon.
Kwasnik ran his socks off but never really got going, would like to see Bertos maybe given a chance next week, maybe give Kwas another chance up front instead of Covs.
All in all a great solid performance though, and a settled side would certainly be fair enough next week. Up the Nix

Could not have asked for a better result. Its a pity that Bertos was not on for a little longer as his battle with Bojic was really getting tasty!

Loved the Karl Dodd goal.. After i had just been bagging him. But thought he played quite well, Lei Lei looked lazy but played good on attack and i thought McKain was did class in the middle.

The build up to our goal was class, Smeltx's touch taking him around the cb was awesome.

Awesome result! Defence looked solid, McKain looked pretty good in DM, Kwasnik played better than normal (although still not convinced Daniel wouldn't do a better job), Gao's trickery is great, as was the injection of pace from Bertos.

Best win ever IMO....tough away game in the heat against a very good side. We bossed them off the park. Great defense and good hustling from the midfield. Mckain got man of the match but any of the back 6 could have got it. Stats after first hour..phoenix 7 shots on goal Marinators 2.
Really excited about the way they won...might not have been pretty but who gives a rats arse!!!
Only change for next week...start Super Leo instead of Kwasnik.....he looks in great form!
