i think there should be an online store
take an example of an online football store
and
these are glasgow rangers AND chelsea FC online stores, if we
had something similar then fans all over NZ and possibly australia
can purchase phoenix merchandise and pull in more money for the
phoenix!!

online service might be slightly better than the shop
twice ive been in there in the last month (today was one of them)
1st time the blondie in there was on bebo the whole time i was in the shop not once did she say hi or ask if i needed help.
today she wasn't on the pc but she stood and watched the game on the big screen t.v
when i asked if she had kids tshirts in other sizes she just kinda looked at me with a blank face
come on its all about customer service love
so twice now i have walked out empty handed
twice ive been in there in the last month (today was one of them)
