Yep, there's a concession for students, can't remember what the actual amount is off the top of my head.

what's this about the Nix shop and QW Ticketek closing about 2pm last Sunday, causing huge queues at Mike Fowler meaning loads of people flagged it?

Can someone please educate me on the legend of the mighty PAX?

Is it through logical deduction that we know this is the number of tickets sold, or is it "official" (ie. confirmed by Ticketek for example)?

And is the legendary PAX thought to include special tickets like ground members, etc.?

It seems to be a close representation (usually marginally high on past evidence) of tickets sold.

It's certainly a pretty accurate idea of the rate tickets are selling.

PAX is a drug. It is the number of tickets sold or at least printed. So when someone buys a ticket,the PAX number on their ticket tells you the number of tickets that are out there.
 
Really,its a conspiracy by ticketek to make people buy tickets just to feed their addiction. We're all the victims really.

Since PAX includes stadium members I think PAX #1 will be one of those. Since they have their own passes I doubt a single ticket has PAX: 1 on it.

If they sell out the ground by the Monday or Tuesday of next week (only 14,000 seats left) it would be good to get the 5000 seats they couldn't use for the World Cup Qualifier for the final so they can break the New Zealand Football record...

I wouldn't be so sure... I've got PAX numbers 4 to 8, bought online. (damn close, but no cigar...)
