I take offence to that statement.
It seems to me that Goalkeeping coaches are a more modern invention and my previous post was a question not a statement... I dont remember when I used to play (and at a very level) that we had goalkeeping coaches, conditioning coaches or any other named coaches...just generic coaches

because I'd argue very strongly that they do. And not just at professional level. At all levels.

At all levels.Im not really sure that I was trying to make a point as initially as I said it was a question not a statement as I didnt know when goal keeping coaches first came to the fore as in my youth if theyb were around they were few and far between
