I will always remember when Rojas set up Greenacre's header against Adelaide with that inch perfect curling cross! One of the best assisted goals in Phoenix history!

Or Kosta's back heel pass to Greenie (who scored) against the Jets.

Source?
99.9% sure Ward has only scored once for us, unless you count that own goal.
Also think Daniel has 8.
Goals per minute would be interesting, but too much work.

The official A-League guide lists the goal against Perth (which bounced off Velaphi) as Ward's goal.

And Daniel has seven - four in the first season (v Melbourne in  R1, SFC in R4, Perth in  R11 and Adelaide in R15) none in season two, two in season three (both against GCU in the 6-0 win), none last season and one this year v Newcastle in R2.

While stats don't show everythiong interesting that our main wide player is managing 15 Assists out of 76 Games (1 in 5) compared to Rojas 7 from 21 (1 in 3) Rojas figure would be very interesting based on number of minutes played as a reasonable percentage of his 21 Games would have amounted to 10 or 15 minutes at the end.  Daniels ratio at 11 from 92 games is actually even worse than Leos 1 in 8.3 games although that would also be a little skewed by his number of appearances as a sub.

My bad, Daniel scored in the pre-season cup in season 2.
I guess that doesn't count.
That's weird that Ward got that goal.

Table highlights one of the weaknesses in Leos game IMHO. Poor return for an attacking midfielder

Hes assisted more of those goals than anyone else, though.

Didn't George claim a goal once. Shot came in and it glanced off/past his head. It resulted on the image on the "Bring back George" t-shirt.Toffeeman2011-12-01 10:56:15

Its no longer a problem.

Yeah, the late equaliser against Adelaide in the 2-2 draw here in season one.  He sprinted towards the bench with arms out-stretched when in fact it was Smeltz who scored.

Bring back George. Immense comedy value.

In hindsight I think we should award that goal to George. That way the little guy will never be forgotten. And Smeltz will also be off the top of the list

Its no longer a problem.
