ive got a song that wont take long, Adelaide are rubbish.. the second verse is same as the first.. ADELAIDE ARE RUBBISH

No thanks,or should i say some of ours guys need no encouragement to attempt to miss or hit the crossbar.In fact some might need the challenge of actually getting it in the goal.

We only have to look at the Perth Free kick to see the technique needed to hit the bar from 7 metres! Oi Oi Edgecumbe2007-12-10 17:19:09

I  crossbar challenge.

When we having team trainings for school in the gym I alway try and hit the crossbar of the goals from the opposite end. Probably because for me the length of a basketball court is a good range for accurate lobbing, I couldn't even get the ball to the goal on the full from halfway of a full pitch lol.
