No one except the Phoenix, can use thier logo/badge/brand. It
is a breach of copyright at the very least. Only the Phoenix
and associated orgonistaions such as Reebok and the A-League, can
use it for financial gain.
Nor is it in Yellow Fevers interests to get on the wrong side
of either of the above.
Nice Flag but back to the drawing board.
so somehow there ganna stop people from going and getting this made

just trying to get a cheap way for to show there appriciation
for the team... if you want to got pay 50-60 for a Flag that cost
arounfd $10 to make then go ahead!!!.
but im just expressing my thoughts on what would look kool on
a flag... you never know they could use a design made on this site
for a flag!
so next time you post a comment mate dont try to act all Mr
lawyer on me because this site is about having a bit of fun and
useing our imangination on these sorts of things!!!

Never mind Nath, you initially asked people to design a flag to
sell and asked for opinions. Then you edit it out.
You get an opinion you dont like and get all flustered.
Only trying to help. Next time dont ask.
Don't worry Nath, Tourets has a broomstick up his arse when it
comes to anything like this. He got all "holier-than-thou" on the
subject of fake shirts too...
Keep the designs coming, most people can see it is just a bit
of fun...
