I just wondered why (just about) everyone else seems to get Comms from the nix ok, but you never do. 

But is he alone? Some other members might not use this site or if they do, they might not have logged on of late. To say Ballane is the only one is a bit presumptuous. Not that it has cost any members any money in the last few weeks.

Ballane don't give up dude.  I agree with you to a certain extent.  I remember when Tony P would come on here and answer questions, complaints etc.  There is nothing like that now.  Don't now what this Fan Engagement dude is doing but not a hell of a lot from where I'm standing. 

It isn't good enough and the fans do deserve better.

There are people on facebook who ask questions and don't get replies.  That's not OK.

yeah worst thing you can do is have a social media account and not respond to people. That isn't good.

Loads of clubs/businesses have a social media presence because they have to but outside of posting news, very really use it as a way of replying to people. 

I've not had any correspondence from the Nix in a long time but when I check my settings, I'm down to receive Nix spam.

Yeah the new way to really use social media is supposed to be interactive. A lot of people don't pick up the phone or send an email to companies anymore and instead try to contact businesses through their social media accounts. Business need to learn to adapt to this change.

Five years ago Twitter was primarily about conversations, now it's primarily about which people/businesses can shout the loudest.

As if membership hassles arnt enough. Here we go again despite contributing since the start after we have had the odd win. Seems im not part of it.They have happily taken my small contribution without so much as a thank you. With life shark happening  not sure i can be farked with this shark again. Despite some of their claims dont think they really give a shark about some of their fans.

Is there anyone here who like me has been silly enough to contribute to this. If so a couple of questions have you ever been thanked for your contribution and have you been told what the money has been spent on.interaction

Despite my post above i decided to again contribute in the season just finished.Yet again nothing from the club acknowledging my small contribution guess they cant be arsed with the small guys. Get sick of hearing people say they have improved their fan,they may have to some but thoroughly PO over this.
