Phoenix in the Hutt?
Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Tony P,

Any chance of buying a flag of the club and having it shipped over to London?

They've got flags up for the U-17 Women's World Cup in Oriental Bay. Would expect to see a few more, including Phoenix flags, once graduation season is over.

If there is enough demand within YF for flags, could we maybe commission whoever makes them to produce some for us? Surely we could get them cheaper if we had a decent sized order?

You can buy flags from the club shop, I believe.

OR just do what some drunk fans did at the Mariners game last year and try to steal one of the concourse and then threaten to deck one of the volunteers charged with protecting them

.. charming behaviour.. and the reaon why the flags were absent from the concourse for the last few home games.

people complained about the price and then wonder why the club doesn't buy more players?

Anyway, i got a few flags for sale at the right price

Off topic a bit, but it doesn't deserve it's own...

Anyone noticed the new buses with writing at the top, it says something along the liens of;
"Go See X Air...Go Catch yellow Fever...Go get the Cable Car...."

Btw these flags have been around Upper Hutt since day 1 of the phoenix. :)

No, seriously get out there with camera's this week and snap us a shot of a bus with Catch Yellow Fever on it for me.  I'd offer a prize, but I have no idea if we have anything in the prize cabinet.

Getting back to the flags, I visited my brother in law in the Hutt last October when we came up for the Adelaide game and was amazed to see all the flags out, 'twas awesome! And on the topic of that game I spent $2500 that weekend and got far better value for money than I did on the $84 it cost me to go and watch the Crusaders - Waratahs round robin game back in April. Go the mighty 'Nix.

What's sight without sound? Love without peace? Copulation without conception?

I've saw this on a bus a couple of months ago.  Was gonna raise it here but never got round to it.

Download, open in Fireworks, look at EXIF tags.
Or some other app that does EXIF tags...

I would, but I'm at work. Maybe when I get home

As much as can be done. Simon only has Fireworks, and that generally leaves some marks around. He's not that good with graphics anyway

HN to be honest I'm not the biggest Fever fan at the moment so you're going to have to do some convincing on why it's a good idea. A drink tonight may have done the trick... *awaits essay*
