'Siggy wins coaches player of the year. Manny wins players, and supporters players of the year. Show what the players and fans know.'

From Ricki's twitter, lol. Have no clue if its real or fake, but whoever is behind it has a lot of funny stuff.

Manny and Marco definitely were the standout players for us this season. Congrats to them, and obviously Ricki see's something special in Siggy, so for him as well.

Moosecat is easily my player of the season, he has been fantastic, siggy would be 2nd with vukovic.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Siggy was immense this season. I think it was close between him and Manny and could have gone either way but I'd have picked Siggy myself.

Both were/are great signings for the club considering where they came from.

Maybe the fact it was either of two defensive players reflects our season quite well. The season may have been different if one of our attacking players was our best. Ifill injury considered of course.

Nope.  Ricki, Trani and Gouldy.  Vote on a game by game basis all season.

Oh, and I agree with the Box.  Richie Herbert not as funny as he thinks he is.  Nor is he he as funny as Fakecoachmiron.

Well deserved win for all of them. Siggy over the course of the season showed a consistancy of good quality. Sure he had the odd 'off" game, so too did everyone else. That Christchurch performance is as good as i have seen from any defender at any level of the game.

Good to see the Mooscat pick up some awards.

Please note and this is not a pop at anyone at the Nix, but all of the winners come across as very humble guys. Manny said he wasn't a great public speaker, but he spoke well and Siggy too, considering his mind must have been on other events. Marco showed a touch of humour but also very much feet on the ground.

Yeah, was a bit of fun and he was up for it. I'm gonna miss the guy. Would have been nice to see him play his normal position more often. The guy has speed to burn.
