Phoenix Should Carry A Health Warning

Well having joined Skamans heart club maybe the Phoenix need to carry a health warning.
Had been feeling a bit crook for some time and was having to leave BB earlier and earlier as it was an effort to get along the concourse at any pace.Well today we found the reason a blocked artery in the heart and as a result a couple of stents put in place.So all fixed just a bit of rest and will be firing on all cylinders again in no time at all.

Crickey mate, that 's a close one. Mind yourself now, every voice is needed up in aisle 23.  ..

Bit sore at the moment but will be well fit for sunday.1st and only time i have been happy to have a bloke playing around my groin area.
