I think Terry or Tony should get the FFA to update the Phoenix' online shop. I really want a new shirt with Bertos and 7 on the back in the official font but the only place I know is on their website.
I went and looked there just now and they still  have old players names such as christie, fred, moss etc.

So c'mon 'Nix. Try to get your site ready. also where can I buy these shirts with proper numbers on other thna online?
Are they sold at the Phoenix shop in town?

Go to the Nix store in Hunter St, get a shirt and they can get the official names and numbers on there for you, but not on-site.

I'd actually like more variety in whats currently sold, I've said it before, but polo shirts that I could wear at work would be nice. The women's stuff and kids stuff is also lacking this year. I like the gym bag thing you get free though. ForteanTimes2009-09-25 11:30:27

It is seriously lacking in cat toys.

I'm slightly disappointed!

If what is on offer is all that the FFA have allowed licences for, then they are seriously missing out on a lot of money making opportunities.

Do you think this is the reason LG? Wonder if we could get official confirmation on this? Do the Phoenix actually make any money from the shop? Are the limited in what they can sell? Is it just not worth it to do lots of different items?

Cat toys FTW!! we'd have hundreds in our house!

I really don't see why the shop doesn't get names printed on a few in advance, because I for one wanted my shirt that weekend and still haven't got it done due to the 3 day wait.

If you want an Elrich cat, just go and buy a Garfield. I gather no club is allowed to make items that have not got an A League Licence. Thats why what is on offer is so damn expernsive. The FFA grabbing their unearned stash.

any chance we could persuade the 'Nix to put named shirts on the shelf in the Phoenix store? I think that'd be more appealing to other people who have up to now deciced not to get a shirt too.
I'd love just to be able to roll up to the store and see a rack for Daniel, a rack for Bertos etc even if its only 4 or 5 players 5 shirts each. I mean it wouldnt cost that much

What sort of size breakdown would you do?

Not everyone is a Medium or an XL etc. What happens if a player leaves at the end of the season and the shirts havent sold?

Very difficult thing to do without potentially costing money.

If they did do that, how many Mulligans do they expect to sell?

1 home 1 away in small, for the man himself to feel as if he is part of the club

Watch him make a return and turn into one of our better players. all the negative comments about him will be like an encouragement to prove his detractors wrong.

Come on Mulli, you play for the Nix, time to make a stand!

He's got great dead ball skills, I just wish the rest of is game picked up. I'd love to be able to say that he had a ripper of a match, when he gets out there.

will just have to wait and see I spose.

Fingers crossed. He's one of our players and we should really be encouraging the guy.

His Dad is. Said on Crowd Goes Wild that his Dad bought a season pass to the Phoenix just because of the atmosphere at the games.
