It's been a huge day for the Phoenix reputation today... firstly a
spectacular launch of the inaugural Phoenix club store (check out
the pics taken by 004 herself on the Phoenix website tomorrow
morning), followed by a nail-biter between the Victory and Fever
fans at Waitangi Park. Big ups to the Victory fan (pom) who
played with a fractured ankle!! That's commitment.
Yellow fever is contagious, without a doubt!! Cuba St was the site of festivity and carnival - samba, ZM, great cuisine inside the store, Terry (legend), fans emptying their wallets to purchase merchandise for the Phoenix cause (a worthy one at that).
Walking in that store made me feel as if the time has come. The Phoenix is rising. Wellington will unite as one voice to bring that A League cup home. It's time to bring out the Ferrari, Terry.
