Good news that tickets can be bought from there.

Season tickets next year I hope...

Unfortunately I am not a member but I shall probably check it out at the weekend, or Friday night if it's open after 5pm?

I already have name and number printed on my shirt

But I will go and have a look around the store tomorrow night :)

Looking at Sigmund 18, but still tossing up whether to get a players name and number, or a personal one.

Will the kids shirts (stripey ones) be in stock?  Will have to wander over on Friday and have a gander (check: vouchers, credit card, will power)

I am coming along to check out the new shop, my partner wants to come along to take a look also but she's not a season member (she was last year).

Will the security on the door let her in to have a look? How strict is the 'members only' requirement?

This seems a bit silly and short sighted to be completly honest.
You've got members who live out of town who you claim to value but can't get a shirt personalised when they next visit Wellington to support the team (of which I am already booked in for another four games) I missed this service because you couldn't have the store open in time for the first home game and I still don't have any new season Phoenix gear because I am waiting for my next trip so I can give the Phoenix as much of the pie as possible.

It's a shame my support is going a touch unrewarded in this case.

Never mind the fact that those who live in wellington but have to wait for funds to free up will miss out as well.

Any chance of confirmation on this Tony?

I guess I'll begrudgingly do it this way if I can. Although I am worried about sizing issues, I heard the shirts are a bit bigger than normal and I was hoping to try one on before I bought it.

Maybe Tony should bring you a selection of shirts and numbers to your house for accurate sizing and sufficient service to "reward your support".

Actually Smithy I am a lot closer to being pleased thanks to this fantastic forum. I'm sorry if it came in the shape of a vent but with the use of the fever forums I did manage to get some info such as the ordering system on the website. That pleases me greatly (although it could do with an update).

Now my apologies if the other piece of advice I was looking for was worded poorly and even impolitely but now that I have recovered from my initial blood rush I shall try to voice my query in a more eloquent fashion.

Hi guys, I'm considering ordering a new Phoenix shirt from the website/ over the phone. I have both last seasons hone and away in large, they pretty much fit perfectly, little loose but not too baggy. Do you think I will still be a Large? or should I go for a medium?

Thoughts from those who own one of each appreciated.

Remeber, all the angst on here does stem from the same passion :)

Wandered down about an hour ago and saw them busily getting things ready for tonight.  Looks good.  Don't buy all the kids shirts tonight as I'll be in tomorrow with my vouchers...please!

Bloody hell so people arnt allowed to vent or complain  on the forums anymore. What scared  someone might upset the club. Here was me thinking this was a fan site which wasnt influenced by the club.Seems things have gone soft lately.I thought what joachim posted origionaly was more than reasonable. It does seem as if the club has taken members for granted this season. Many i spoke to were not happy about certain aspects, but hey guess we cant talk about that stuff.

Nobody said Joachim wasn't allowed his opinion.  And you're more than entitled to agree with him.

We're all allowed an opinion.  In my opinion you're a bunch of whinging prats.

The club, in my opinion, goes out of its way for us.  Anyone that thinks they're taking fans for granted is, in my opinion, a twat.
