Just wanted to let everyone know to save a wasted journey this evening - I have it on good authority that this game will not take place at Ol� this evening due to the recent inclement weather waterlogging the pitch. Apparently the game has been rescheduled to tomorrow morning (17th June) at 10.30am at either Newtown or Te Whaea. If I hear anything else, I'll post an update.

Cheers News. That would be good if you could. My information came from one of the Wests players who confirmed with Nate Winkel at Wests/Ol� but if you can get official confirmation from the Phoneix then so much the better.

Yep, the game went ahead the following morning at Newtown 2. I didn't go to the game but the Phoenix won 2-0. Ifill scored one but I can't recall who scored the other. Apparently Wests played pretty well, but as is usually the case in these games they were perhaps taking it a little more seriously than the Phoenix were.
