Given that 99.9% of fans sit on one side of the ground can the club
look at shifting the pitch right over to that side. That
would add to the atmosphere and make better viewing.

Bad idea.
The groundsman would never let this happen expecially when its the opening few games of the season because the Air New Zealand Cup is still on, they would have to move it back the next day.

I agree. Seems pretty tight. A lot of logistics would have to
go into what would essentially not, in my opinion provide much
benefit
