I thought Boxall & Fenton were very good tonight but A-Rod really struggled with a complete lack of support in the midfield. Burns and Krishna looked lively when they got the ball in space, not something that happened very often tho. Kenny put in a decent shift off the bench.

The last couple games Ernie has made some strange calls in the line up. He always talks about dominating the midfield but then left A-Rod isolated, something he then had the chance to fix when Griffiths came off.

And as for KGJ, lets see what Brenton Speed thinks about his efforts

People complain about Dewhurst but Brenton Speed is an absolute numpty. Last week he claimed that KGJ was "the form referee in the competition" which made me howl with laughter, especially as just the previous week that same ref had been handing out dodgy penalties for fun. It is amazing that a supposed authority on the game can be so blind to the obvious fact that KGJ is currently the least reliable of a bunch of not particularly reliable referees.

I watched the replay last night and he must have been having an off day as he missed a hell of a lot.

yeh ratings another rough week. Similar ratings to last week over all. Sorry not inspired to do them. I liked Roys and Kennys enthusiasm.

Moss 7 - Kept us in it

Manny 2 - Has his time come?

Fenton 6 - I thought he tried well enough but MOTM? Strange call. Still he had Finkler etc to guard

Dura 6  - Did well enough for the most part. Reemed out Manny for the openning goal. (The own goal dropped him a point)

Boxall 6 - Considering whom he was marking, had them under control.

Arod 5 - Did ok but the whole midfield wasn't quite there today.

Roly 5 - Did ok but the whole midfield wasn't quite there today.

Weemac 4 - Did ok but the whole midfield wasn't quite there today.

Griff 5 - I think he was being played in the wrong position. That injury, what can I say.

Krishna 5 - Pass the ball from time to time. Unlucky though not to score.

Burns 5 - Quiet today but was closed down pretty quickly by them.

I thought Fenton was our best.

Considering who he was marking I think he stood up really well.

Boxall was ok... and his runs through the middle I thought were really good and gave us some drive.
