Well well, just shows you can't get complacent....

Crowther 5 Inspired little confidence. Why was he so far off his line when the free kcik went over his head?
Manny 7 The best of the back four
Dura 6 Caught up in too much feuding with sterjovski, missed two headers, one great run fwd
Siggy 6 Also didn't look to be as solid as usual
Lochie 6 Did a good job, a couple of good runs
Ifill 6 Not as on song as usual, but at least he can score
Brown 5 Ran hard, tried to get on to the headers, but always just chasing
Lia 6 Errors, but made up for it with some nice long passes
Daniel 5.5 Some great touches and an awesome volley, but back to falling over too often
Greenie 5 One lovely run, and thats about it
Costa 5 if he's lucky, should have done better twice, out-muscled most of the time
Leo 8 Set up the goal with a superb pass to Caceras, got things going
Caceras 7.5 Looked dangerous and confident
Troy Not much chance to impress but had a go

Agree or disagree??

generally agree, bloody hard to tell in Fever-Zone lite

Crowther was off his line because he always f**kin is

Thought Ifill was doing ok until he was clattered

Caceres is skillfull not sure about his attitude

Daniel's dipping volley was a bit good

I'd rate Vinnie a tad higher

I think we miss a Coveny figure off the bench these days, at one point in last 5 mins we had Troy, Leo and Carceres all out wide on the right and with Costa and Geeny off we only had Iffy in the middle (although i expect Timmo was in the vicinity)

Haven't seen a replay of the goal, so not commenting on it in particular, however didn't think that Crowther was a 5- probably give him a 6- apart from his clearances he was pretty solid.

From the FZ the free kick seemed to end up pretty central (or I need new specs): what was Crowther flapping at if that was the case?

pretty much agree...maybe a tad too generous with Tim Brown and thought that maybe daniel deserved a 6...cacaeres looking like he's up for a starting position

I think maybe our subs were hungrier tonight and with this squad having so many games recently, they were probably a little tired physically and mentally. Maybe Ifill is best up front because thats when he seems to score.

Yea i agree with it except we were just hoofing the long balls up again to our tiny strikers. We cant keep doing that with defenders twice there size. Along the ground is where we can trouble them

I disagree with Daniel, would give him a 6, and he fell down often this week because he kept getting clattered.  Would probably drop Siggy to a 5.5 as he seemed to have gone to the Karl Dodd school of ball distribution this week.

I'd bump Caceras to an 8.  I think he's looking really good, and would like to see him start against Newcastle.  He strikes me as the player that can get the ball to players like Costa and Greenie on the deck, and his impact on this game was noticeable.

spot on, never ever should a habit form of long aerials to short forwards being marked by tall backs, commonsense.
