Great game to watch, total excitement at least
Pasty 8 Several fantastic saves, did well off his line too
Leo 6 Nasty head knock
Dura 7.5 Total football, nearly all positions
Siggy 6 Did well apart from was well up pitch for the last goal
Lochie 6 Good defence
Manny 5.5 Lost it for first goal, elbow will also get him in trouble
Vinnie 6.5 Cracking volley, good contribution
Dani 6 Good work
Fenton 6 Three misses but created chances
Boyd 5 Not in game much, two yellow cards
Brockie 8 Two great strikes, a goal and the chest volley unfortunately saved
Benji 4.5 Little impact
Steiny 4.5 Little impact
Smithy 5 Settled in well

Your opinions??

Not sure if I agree with the difference in points between Durante and Siggy. Dura was caught a long way upfield too but was lucky a goal didn't result. Both were very good, made many vital interceptions (Siggy especially) and showed the kind of determination and desire to make something positive happen. Unfortunately the missing midfield put too much pressure on the back four.

Pasty a clear man of the match for me. Really happy to see him answer his critics in the best possible way.

Seems a little harsh when we were down to 9 players, had taken off Sanchez and hardly got the ball to them.

Benji tracked back and made a crucial tackle at the end too, just to keep the hope alive for an extra minute...

Every meaningful attack from the Roar came down our left and Lochie was left wanting countless times..... again. He's absolute rubbish.

Soggy was a liability, Dura unfortunately was similar. Soggy can't go screaming out of position and expect not to get punished. He makes so many interceptions because he's constantly charging through. However when he Misses we are stretched too much and struggle to contain the opposition.

His positional play this year has been pants

Completely agree with this. Wouldn't mind seeing Boxall get a run alongside Dura for a few games. Might help us play a more "attractive" style to please Welnix too. Siggy is a great tackler and plays his heart out but he's not exactly a master of technique and crisp passing and ball control.
