Hard to get the balance of these right when we were dominated in first half, but trying to look at it over all....

Mossy 8 Kept us in it a couple of times excellent, has the blackeye to show for it.
Louis 6.5 Did really well even when they decided to target him
Siggy 8 Terrific defending, good passing, covered Fenton when he had to as well
Dura 7 Calm, a great block
Doyle 5.5 Poor passes but some important tackles at times too
Riera 6.5 Did the job
A Rod 6 A bit over run in first half, but good and tight in second half
Roly 7 Poor first half, but really made a difference in the 2nd, won a lot of ball
Burns 8 Very lucky he wasn't subbed off, Ernie had Tyler ready to come on! Two great finishes. That's his job done.
Mikey 7 Limited first half, some good creative stuff in 2nd
Roy 6 Unlucky to be ruled offside, worked hard throughout
Boxall 7 Love his attitude, holding ball in corner

Solid team effort all round, no individuals stood out for me, at least not until Burns buried twice. Put a word in for Moss who made up for a mistake last week.

I think durra deserves an 8 too. I have never felt as confident of a clean sheet away as I did in th second half tonight. It was a command performance by Siggy, Durra and Mossy in the heart of our defence.

I was also impressed by the defensive efforts of Krishna. He covered a LOT of ground running back and pressuring the guys on the flanks before they could convert space into an attacking threat.

Bosnich Team of the Week had Siggy, Riera and Burns.

I thought all three were fantastic throughout aswell. I would bump Riera up to atleast 7.0

Also thought A-Rod was our best in the first half, had to do alot of covering for fenton (who was also doing his role of pushing)

Roddy does a lot of defensive cover for Louis. Noticed that both last week and today.

Not exactly a memorable game but we took the few chances we had, in direct contrast to last week. Bring on WSW on the 28th!
