Roly may have made a few errors and not quite been at his best but the way he played oozed class all around. I think he is the best player in the A-League at the moment. I think him and A-Rod worked very well together.

The defence was superb as well.

Roly was marked incredibly tightly.  I also think he must have been tiring after such a high workload (and work rate) over the last 8 days.

Also Manny.

Manny, Manny, Manny, Manny - what a great bombing LWB he was today.  Brought a tear to the eye of this Junior he did.

near the end of the first half he was limping, think he too a knock but soldiered on. The Asian Cup break has probably come at the right time to refresh the legs in the squad.

It's kinda scarey to be honest. If all of our players play up to their potential, we could really thrash some sides. And what's better is most of the side is on the right side of 30.

pretty much agree with that

i'd maybe take a point off brocks and then give it straight back to him for sentiment and for being a great servant for the club

bon voyage Brocks

Thought Merrick using A-Rod to completely man Mark Brattan was just genius. It worked a treat. Then when we had the ball in midfield, we always had one of not two men free to receive.

Except for that moment of madness when he tried to turn Henrique in our own penalty area he did well. He and Muscat had nothing like the same pressure on them as they did against Adelaide though.
