No one chucked one up yet so thought I'd may as well.

Moss: 6.5 - Maybe a but harsh but thought he should've maybe done better on the Bosnar goal, otherwise pretty quiet game

Boxall: 7.5 - Good game from the big box, marauding runs up the flank, solid

Dura: 7 - Couldn't really fault him. Decent game.

Siggy: 8 - Great enthusiasm, fought for everything, not to mention that attacking run

Fenton: 8 - They targetted him at LB, coped okay, kept Fitzgerald onside for the goal, but the midfield swap changed up the game. Great engine, kept running. Practically set up our winner.

Riera: 7 - Didn't really notice him tbh, played his usual game

Rodriguez: 5 - Just wasn't clicking for him.

Roly: 7.5 - Some of his corners were woeful, still, in the attacking third he was the go to man

Wee Mac: 6 - Pretty poor match from Mikey, has really been out of it last few weeks.

Krishna: 6.5 - Left his shooting boots at home, made good runs though, just no finish

Burns: 7.5 - Marked out of the game in the 1st half, 2nd half got a lot more central and made a difference

SUBS:

Hicks: 6 - Should've scored. Linked up okay

Muscat: 5 - Touch and passing were poor, what's happened?

Kenny: 8.5 - King Kenny! Changed the game. Attacked and let fly.

Thought the Mariners' goals were very optitunistic, they got a lot of blokes behind the ball in the first half.

60 mins subs changed it up and opened them up.

Past couple weeks I think A-Rod has been rather poor. Once Fenton moved into the midfield we had a lot more drive going froward, he was happy to run with the ball at his feet and it caused the CCM players to commit to him, freeing up room for Roly to work. Before the change, CCM could hold off knowing that A-Rod was looking to pass and they just clogged up the passing lanes, something they couldn't do with Fenton.

Last couple weeks I've questioned Ernies tactics but that was a tactical masterstroke

A-Rod has been so poor these last couple of weeks I wouldn't be surprised to see Lia back in the team. His confidence looks shot. Krishna too - may be on the bench for Kenny.

Fenton's contribution to the winner is cancelled out by his contribution to CCM's first. Poor positioning to play the man onside.

Fenton is still learning the fullback role. He looks better when he has Lia in front of him.

Muscat and A Rod are concerns atm, they both look out of touch, A Rod had a very poor game last night. Thought Roly played alright and Fenton looked positive in the midfield. Boxall was good,  tbh i cant see Muscat making the starting 11 again if everyones fit.

Hard to give ratings for that game because in the 1st half we were all terrible from strikers back to keeper. We lacked intensity, ball retention and passing were poor, we were tentative and panicky. I knew we'd gone to pieces when Siggy and Dura started lumping clearances up the park just like in the good old days. The defending for both goals was a joke, and this against easily the weakest attack in the league.

2nd half we had a lot more purpose although right to the end I was surprised and frustrated at how often we came off second best in 50-50 situations. Mariners often out-muscled us and really defended well, but finally we started to make much better use of the ball we had and got that balance right between playing with pace and with patience. For me, without underplaying big 2nd half efforts put in by Roly, Burns, Riera, Boxall, it is Kenny who gets the plaudits. They look like simple goals but they were both beautifully taken under pressure. We have been so ragged in front of goal recently that it was brilliant to see Kenny take his chances with aplomb, win the game and literally put our season back on track. I will be surprised and annoyed if he isn't rewarded with a start next week.

Personally thought Boxall had a good 90 mins as much as I like a rod (and his passing game) what people are saying are right Fenton with the ball second half running was what we needed I think roly had a monster second half as well. Props to ccm and the way they marked burns out of the game they pit in a good effort

good on you for doing the ratings sackospuds. I felt so depressed at half time that i was really confused by us winning the game. So i couldnt figure out how on eRth to rate some of those prformances.
