Did anyone else notice after the game on sunday that by the time the nix players got to the tunnel there was hardly any supporters left there for them to applaud, unlike last season when win lose or draw the majority of the crowd would stay to applaud them off and the players would respond. I guess even the players know our expectations are so much higher than last season. Loved the way bosnich left the ground by the way.

bosnich was great,
it was pretty pathetic on our part that we had hardly anyone there to give it back to him

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

The lads came over and clapped the crowd then went and did their warm down. I don't see any problem leaving after that.

Why should the crowd hang round and clap them off when they play like sh*t?

I would rather not say well done on your terrible performance, I would rather show the team that their crap play is NOT appreciated...

Fair point?

Or we could turn into Real Madrid fans and boo them off the field after they win (hopefully, one of these days) 2-0.

That was ridiculous really.

Yeah but people (like me) assume they do what theyve done every week this season, and warm down for 20mins first. Therefore, cant be bothered waiting round,so everybody had already left whn they came over, since it was assumed they were going to warm down first.

Assume? Never assume. Assuming can lead to all sorts of awkard and unwanted things...

Anyway, why do people leave so quick? Never understood that.... Then again there are many things I don't understand...

I was initially going to stay but with everyone around me moving I thought 'f**k it, they don't deserve to be applauded.'

Agreed.

When they start putting on some decent performances (and win) the crowd will stay.
