Slim, I'd say. But keep in mind we've only lost two in a row and that's against the top two sides in the competition. Could turn to 3 in a row but that will be due to it being the longest roadtrip in professional football (thankyou Vladivostok for being relegated).

Non-existent. We are over a third of the way through the competition. How could FFA make sudden changes to the play-offs?
That said it would be nice it it was changed to include the top 8 teams.

Despite our current poor form, I remain optimistic that we can reach the play offs and do well. People seem to think that becuase we made the minor final or whatever it was called we should therefore be around 3rd place in the league this season. However last season we spent the first 2/3rds mainly our of the playoff spots altogether, then we cobbled together some wins, snuck in there and had some luck that the jets beat GCU.
In fact, here's a graph of our placings last season, we basically got good form at the end of the season despite being so-so the rest of the time:

I think we have a good chance of making the playoffs, we were in exactly the same spot after this many rounds as last year.

It can change quickly in the A-League - we still have a chance. The problem i'm seeing is there seems, from the outside, to be a lack of team unity. We aren't going to get back on track if the squad is fractured.
Last year we didn't start that great - I remember that around this point of the season we were down the bottom of the table. We just need a good run.
Either way, Adelaide, CCM or Brisbane will win it this year.
